Soldering terminology

Unlike in the case of dewetting, the surface here has not been wetted with solder at all. This is easy to recognize because the color of the base metal has not changed. In this case, the contact hole is not filled with solder and the distance between the pin and the hole wall is too large, indicating that the soldering is incomplete.
