A patented lead-free alloy which also guarantees absolute reliability and high strength under large temperature changes in harsh environment. The alloy SJM-03 S (Sn-0.3Ag-0.7Cu-2.0Bi-0.035Fe, melting range 210-226°C) has a low silver content. The use of this solder wire protects the soldering tip and ensures high solder joint strength. Our flux NHR-TH (classification ROL0) is 100% halogen-free and suitable for applications in the fields of piston soldering and induction soldering, especially for through-hole plated boards. Leadfree solder wire, Sn-0,3Ag-0,7Cu-2,0Bi-0,035Fe, 210° - 226°C, Flux 3,5%, ROL0, high solder joint strength, 100% halide free.
