    Activated synthetic resin flux

Fluxing agent originally developed for CFC-cleaning. Since the cleaning effect of CFCs is called into question and the relevant provisions have been tightened, the use of such fluxing agent will hardly increase. The advantages are: 1) no accumulation of whitish residue after cleaning as usual with rosin flux material; 2) high heat resistance; 3) increased wettability. In contrast to using rosin flux material, there is the disadvantage that the waxy or liquid residue remaining after soldering makes processing without cleaning impossible.
